Initiate Your Request
Log into your Funeral account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging materials to ensure safe transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
